SIMPLE, VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
The MG04 T Plus is designed to reduce the footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironing machines, providing greater freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and allowing the machine to be placed against the wall to make the most of the space.
The MG04 T Plus can be placed against the wall and requires only one operator.
It is equipped with a wooden feed board, adjustable to various inclinations, which prevents overheating and any electrostatic charge, ensuring maximum comfort.
It allows the operator to adjust the linen insertion based on their height, whether the operator works sitting or standing.
The side control panel also allows the operator to manage all functions with one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironing machines, the electric resistances are integrated into the ironing basin, and the heating is generated from inside the basin.
The thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber to ensure maximum performance and minimal heat loss to the environment (A++).
The basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it durable at any temperature and inert to chemical agents, thus avoiding corrosion over time. Aluminum reaches the set temperature quickly but also ensures excellent thermal efficiency.
The heating elements in the ironing basin are arranged asymmetrically in a decreasing pattern: considering the thermal shock when introducing cold, damp linen, the heat of the basin is distributed 50% in the upper part, 30% in the central part, and 20% in the lower part of the basin.
This ensures uniform temperature during ironing across the entire ironing surface and protects the fabric fibers during contact with the basin.
The roller is covered with a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute to prevent material dispersion, a cotton layer, and an external cotton cloth that allows for flat linen ironing with the best professional results.

SAFE IRONING.
This model is equipped with:
1) an electronic safety thermostat to prevent overheating of the basin
2) thermal protection for the motor-reducer
3) thick thermal insulation to avoid heat loss and energy waste
4) a momentary roller stop pedal to allow the linen to be spread on the feed board.
5) A thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the basin away from the garments in case of malfunctions or power outages.
Finally, there is a finger protection bar that, when activated, reverses the direction of rotation of the roller and raises the basin to protect the operator in case of incorrect maneuvers.

SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE.
To avoid unnecessary machine downtime, reduce component wear, and minimize maintenance interventions, the MG series roller ironing machines feature the following characteristics:
