SIMPLE, VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
MG05 is designed to reduce the footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironing machines for greater freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and for the ability to place the machine against the wall to make the best use of space.
MG05 can be placed against the wall and requires only one operator.
It comes with a wooden feed board, adjustable in various angles, which prevents overheating and electrostatic charge while ensuring maximum comfort.
It facilitates the insertion of linen based on the operator's height, whether the operator is standing or sitting.
The side control panel also allows all functions to be managed with just one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironing machines, the heating elements are integrated into the ironing basin, with heat generated from within the basin.
Thermal insulation is made from ceramic fiber to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal heat loss to the environment (A++).
The heated basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it resistant to any temperature and inert to chemical agents, thus preventing corrosion over time. Aluminum quickly reaches the set temperature but also ensures excellent thermal performance.
The heating elements embedded in the ironing basin are arranged in an asymmetrical descending order: considering the thermal shock from introducing cold, wet linen, the heat of the drum is distributed 50% in the upper part, 30% in the middle, and 20% in the lower part of the drum.
This guarantees uniform temperature distribution during ironing across the entire surface and respects the fabric fibers as they adhere to the basin.
The roller is covered with a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute to prevent material dispersion, a cotton layer, and an external ARADAMIC cloth that allows for ironing flat linen with the best professional results.

IRONING IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
This model is equipped with:
1) an electronic safety thermostat to prevent overheating of the basin
2) thermal protection for the motor-reducer
3) thick thermal insulation to prevent heat loss and energy waste
4) a temporary stop pedal for the roller to allow for the proper positioning of the linen on the feed board.
5) a thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the heated basin away from the fabric in case of faults or power failure
Finally, there is a finger protection bar that, when activated, reverses the roller's rotation and lifts the basin for operator protection in case of incorrect handling.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE.
To avoid unnecessary machine downtime, reduce component wear, and significantly limit maintenance interventions, the innovative MG series roller ironing machines have the following features:
