SIMPLE, VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
The MG05 T Plus has been designed to reduce its footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironing machines, providing more freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and allowing the ironer to be placed against the wall to maximize space.
The MG05 T Plus can be placed against the wall and requires only one operator.
It comes with an adjustable wooden feed board, which can be set to various inclinations, preventing overheating and any electrostatic charges while ensuring maximum comfort.
This makes it easier for the operator to load the linen based on their height or whether they are working standing or sitting.
The side control panel also allows all functions to be managed with just one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironing machines, the electric heating elements are integrated into the ironing basin, and the heat is generated from within the basin.
The thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal heat dispersion in the environment (A++).
The ironing basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it durable at any temperature and resistant to chemicals, thus preventing corrosion over time. Aluminum quickly reaches the set temperature and also ensures excellent thermal performance.
The heating elements inside the ironing basin are arranged in an asymmetric descending pattern: considering the thermal shock when introducing cold, damp linen, the heat from the basin is distributed as follows: 50% in the upper part, 30% in the middle, and 20% in the lower part of the drum.
This guarantees uniform temperature during the ironing process across the entire ironing surface, preserving the fabric's fibers during contact with the basin.
The roller is covered by a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute to prevent any material dispersion, a cotton layer, and an outer fabric made of ARADAMIC that ensures professional results when ironing flat linen.

SAFE IRONING.
This model features:
1) An electronic safety thermostat that prevents overheating of the basin.
2) A thermal protection for the motor reducer.
3) Thick thermal insulation to prevent heat loss and energy waste.
4) A foot pedal for momentary stopping of the roller to facilitate the spreading of linen on the feed board.
5) A thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the ironing basin away from the garments in the event of a malfunction or power failure.
Finally, the finger-saving lever is activated, reversing the roller's rotation and raising the basin for operator protection in case of incorrect maneuvers.
