SIMPLE, VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
The MG06 has been designed to reduce its footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironing machines, offering more freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and the possibility to place the ironer against the wall to make the most of the available space.
The MG06 can be placed against the wall and only requires one operator.
It features a wooden feed table, adjustable in various angles, that prevents overheating and any electrostatic charge while ensuring maximum comfort.
It facilitates the insertion of laundry depending on the operator's height or whether the operator is sitting or standing.
The side control panel also allows the management of all functions with one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironing machines, the heating elements are integrated into the ironing basin, and the heating is generated from within the basin.
The thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal heat loss to the environment (A++).
The ironing basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it resistant to high temperatures and inert to chemical agents, so it does not corrode over time. Aluminum quickly reaches the set temperature but also ensures excellent thermal efficiency.
The heating elements inside the ironing basin are arranged in an asymmetric descending manner: considering the thermal shock when introducing damp and cold laundry, the heat is distributed as follows: 50% at the top, 30% at the center, and 20% at the bottom of the basin.
This ensures uniform temperature during ironing across the entire surface and respects the fibers of the fabric when adhering to the basin.
The roller is coated with a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute to prevent any material dispersion, a cotton layer, and an external cloth made of ARADAMIC, allowing for the best professional ironing results for flat laundry.

SAFE IRONING.
This model is equipped with:
1) An electronic safety thermostat that prevents overheating of the basin
2) Thermal protection for the motor reducer
3) Thick thermal insulation to avoid heat loss and energy waste
4) A foot pedal to stop the roller momentarily, allowing the laundry to be placed on the feeder.
5) A thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the ironing basin away from the clothes in case of a malfunction or power interruption.
Finally, there is a finger-saver bar that, when activated, reverses the roller's direction and raises the basin to protect the operator in case of incorrect maneuvers.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE.
To avoid unnecessary machine downtime, reduce component wear, and significantly limit maintenance interventions, the innovative MG series roller ironing machines have the following features:
