SIMPLE, VERSATILE, AND SPACE-OPTIMIZED.
MG03 has been designed with a 25% reduction in bulk compared to traditional ironers, providing greater freedom of movement—even in small workshops—and allowing it to be placed against a wall for optimal space use.
MG03 can be positioned flush with the wall and requires only one operator.
It features a wooden feed board adjustable to various angles, preventing overheating and any electrostatic charge while ensuring maximum comfort.
This makes it easier to feed the linen depending on the operator’s height or whether the operator is sitting or standing.
Side control panel allows all functions to be managed with one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironers, the heating elements are integrated into the ironing basin, generating heat from within the basin.
Thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber, ensuring maximum performance and minimal heat dispersion in the environment (A++).
The ironing basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it resistant to any temperature and chemically inert, avoiding corrosion over time. Aluminum heats up quickly and also guarantees excellent thermal output.
The heating elements embedded in the ironing basin are arranged in a decreasing asymmetric pattern: considering the thermal shock from introducing damp and cold linen, heat is distributed 50% in the upper part, 30% in the central part, and 20% in the lower part of the basin.
This ensures uniform temperature during ironing and preserves the fabric fibers during contact with the basin.
The roller is covered with three layers of soft steel wool, two layers of jute to prevent material dispersion, one cotton layer, and an outer cotton cloth, allowing for top professional results when ironing flat linen.

IRONING IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
This model is equipped with:
1) an electronic safety thermostat that prevents overheating of the basin
2) thermal protection for the gear motor
3) thick thermal insulation to prevent heat loss and energy waste
4) a foot pedal for temporarily stopping the roller to allow linen positioning on the feed board
5) a thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the heated basin away from garments in case of malfunction or power outage
Lastly, it includes a finger guard bar that, when activated, reverses the roller rotation and lifts the basin to protect the operator in case of incorrect handling.

EASY MAINTENANCE.
To avoid unnecessary machine downtime, reduce component wear, and significantly limit maintenance interventions, the innovative MG series roller ironers feature:
- Machine parts accessible by removing only 4 panels.
- No systems or components exposed to mechanical wear (no gas, mechanical or pneumatic springs).
- A single screwdriver type is needed to remove the panels.
- The basin can be easily disassembled.
- Safety thermostat reset controls are easily accessible.
