MG05 makes the most of the surface of the ironing basin, which has a contact surface of 46 cm in arc and 120 cm in length.
The basin features a homogeneous arrangement of pushing points along its entire length, ensuring excellent ironing performance across the machine.
The temperature and pressure of the basin, as well as the speed of the roller’s rotation, are adjustable by the operator, offering the necessary ironing flexibility based on the type of fabric to be treated.

SIMPLE AND VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
MG05 has been designed to reduce the footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironing machines, offering greater freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and the possibility to place the machine against the wall to make the best use of space.
MG05 can be placed against the wall and requires only one operator.
It is equipped with a wooden feeding board, adjustable at different angles, which prevents overheating and any electrostatic charge, while also ensuring maximum comfort.
It allows easy insertion of laundry based on the operator's height, whether seated or standing.
The side control panel also allows all functions to be managed with one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironing machines, the electric resistances are integrated into the ironing basin, and heating is generated from inside the ironing surface.
Thermal insulation is made from ceramic fiber, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal heat loss (A++).
The ironing basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it durable at any temperature and inert to chemicals, thus preventing corrosion over time. Aluminum quickly reaches the set temperature but also ensures excellent thermal performance.
The heating elements in the ironing basin are arranged asymmetrically in a decreasing pattern: considering the thermal shock during the introduction of damp and cold laundry, the heat is distributed 50% in the upper part, 30% in the central part, and 20% in the lower part of the basin.
This ensures uniform temperature distribution during ironing across the entire ironing surface and preserves fabric fibers when adhering to the basin.
The roller is covered with a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute that prevents any material leakage, a cotton layer, and an external ARADAMIC cloth that ensures professional ironing results for flat laundry.

SAFE IRONING.
This model features:
1) an electronic safety thermostat that prevents overheating of the basin.
2) thermal protection for the motor-reducer.
3) thick thermal insulation to avoid heat loss and energy waste.
4) a temporary roller stop pedal to place the laundry on the feeding board.
5) A thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the ironing basin away from items in case of faults or power interruptions.
Finally, it includes a finger guard that, when activated, reverses the roller’s direction and raises the basin to protect the operator from incorrect maneuvers.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE.
To avoid unnecessary downtime, reduce component wear, and significantly limit maintenance interventions, the MG series roller ironing machines feature the following characteristics:
- machine parts are accessible by removing just 4 panels.
