SIMPLE, VERSATILE IN OPTIMIZED SPACES.
MG04 is designed to reduce its footprint by 25% compared to traditional ironers for greater freedom of movement, even in small workshops, and can be positioned against the wall to optimize space.
MG04 can be placed against the wall and requires only one operator.
It features a wooden feeding board, adjustable to various angles, which prevents overheating and electrostatic charge while ensuring maximum comfort.
This facilitates the insertion of linen based on the operator’s height, whether standing or seated.
The lateral control panel also allows all functions to be managed with one hand.

MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY (A++).
Unlike traditional ironers, the heating elements are integrated into the ironing basin, and the heating is generated inside the basin.
Thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber to ensure maximum performance and minimal heat loss to the environment (A++).
The ironing basin is made of extruded and anodized aluminum, making it durable at any temperature and inert to chemical agents, thus preventing corrosion over time. Aluminum quickly reaches the set temperature but also ensures excellent thermal efficiency.
The heating elements integrated into the ironing basin are arranged in an asymmetrical decreasing pattern: given the thermal shock when inserting damp and cold linen, the heat of the basin is distributed 50% in the upper part, 30% in the middle, and 20% in the lower part of the basin.
This ensures uniform temperature distribution during ironing across the entire surface and maintains the fabric fibers during contact with the basin.
The roller is covered with a triple layer of soft steel wool, a double layer of jute that prevents material dispersion, a cotton layer, and an external cotton cloth, enabling you to iron flat linen with the best professional results.

SAFE IRONING.

1) An electronic safety thermostat that prevents overheating of the basin
2) Thermal protection for the motor-reducer
3) Thick thermal insulation to prevent heat loss and energy waste
4) A temporary stop pedal for the roller, allowing you to lay out the linen on the feeder.
5) A thermal/mechanical safety system that automatically moves the ironing basin away from the garments in case of failure or power interruption.
Finally, a finger protection bar is included, which, when activated, reverses the roller’s rotation direction and raises the basin for operator protection in case of incorrect maneuvers.
