AEOLUS products' warranty is valid from 2 to 7 years from the date of purchase, depending on the device. In case of need for repair, the warranty certificate or the purchase receipt/invoice need to be provided together with the product. The warranty does not include product defects, damages and breakages that occurred due to incorrect and improper use, for failure to comply with the warnings and conditions of use indicated in the user’s manual, for incorrect installation or maintenance, for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel. During the warranty-covered period, AEOLUS agrees to repair or replace parts of the product with manufacturing defects – free of charge – once the product has been evaluated by our Technical Assistance Center.
AEOLUS works to ship the purchased products within 3 working days after receiving the payment, depending
on the product purchased and the country of destination. Our company works with the best international
couriers to ensure a first-rate delivery service.
Items are shipped via standard or express service, and the delivery times may vary depending on the
customs clearance procedures, where present.
Upon delivery, please accept the parcel “under conditions” in case of visible signs of damage on the box, and
check the product in all its parts. Any issue related to physical integrity, matching or completeness of the
products received must be reported to AEOLUS within 48 hours from the delivery, via email or WhatsApp.
Photos of the package, the product and the courier labels showing the bar code have to be sent as
attachments. This allows AEOLUS to make a claim against the courier company for product damage, where
necessary.
Pursuant to art. 5 of the legislative decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999 in implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC regarding customer rights in relation to distance contracts, the seller AEOLUS acknowledges the right of withdrawal. This right can be exercised within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel. The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, as per the aforementioned art. 5, must communicate their intention via e-mail to info@aeolusappliances.com and arrange for a prompt return of the goods no later than the fourteenth day from the date of receipt of the goods. AEOLUS, as required by the legislative decree, will then reimburse the purchaser the amount paid for the purchase of the goods, net of postage, within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the returned goods. The refundable amount is equal to the cost of the product, with the exception of the shipping costs, both for the shipment to the buyer's country and for returning the goods to AEOLUS. The buyer is required to return the goods using the original box and packing, with an insured shipment in free port. According to Directive 97/7 / CE the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customized products, products with aesthetic defects, second-hand products, products not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or purchases made by companies.
